Common Questions
How long does it take to build and deliver? +
True customization takes time. Your racket is hand-layered, cured, and finished to your specifications in 14-21 working days.
Are these just "painted" generic rackets? +
Absolutely not. We manufacture from scratch using industrial-grade Japanese Carbon (3K, 12K, or 18K). You aren't just choosing a color; you are engineering the skin and core of your equipment.
Can I upload my own club or company logo? +
Absolutely. Our 3D Customizer allows you to upload PNG or SVG files directly onto the racket face. We recommend high-resolution images with transparent backgrounds for the best result.
Is there a minimum order quantity (MOQ)? +
No. You can order a single unique racket for yourself. However, we do offer special pricing for clubs, teams, and retailers ordering 5+ units. Contact us for a quote.
I'm not a pro. Which mould should I choose? +
We recommend the Round Mould. It has a massive sweet spot and low balance, giving you maximum control and forgiveness while you refine your technique.
Can I return a custom racket? +
Because each racket is manufactured specifically for your unique specifications, we cannot accept returns for "change of mind." However, every racket is covered by a warranty against manufacturing defects.
