These Terms & Conditions apply to all purchases made through the Velora Custom website. By using our website or placing an order, you agree to be bound by these terms. If you do not agree, please do not use our services.

1. Definitions

  • “We”, “us”, “our” refer to Velora Custom

  • “You”, “customer”, “consumer” refer to any individual purchasing for personal use

  • “Product” means any item offered for sale

  • “Custom product” means an item made or personalised to your specifications

  • “Contract” means the agreement formed once your order is accepted

3. Applicability

These Terms & Conditions apply to every offer, order, and agreement made through our website. The version available at the time you place your order will apply.

You will always have access to these terms before completing your purchase.


4. Products & Descriptions

We aim to describe our products as accurately as possible. However, minor variations may occur, especially for custom or handmade items.

All offers are subject to availability and may be modified or withdrawn at any time.


5. Formation of the Contract

A contract is formed when we send you an order confirmation email.

We take appropriate technical and organisational measures to protect electronic transactions. We reserve the right to refuse or cancel an order where necessary, including in cases of pricing errors or suspected misuse.


6. Prices & Payment

All prices are displayed in GBP (£) unless stated otherwise and include applicable taxes unless specified.

Payment must be completed in full before an order is processed.

Price Changes

We reserve the right to update or change product prices at any time without prior notice. This may occur due to changes in material costs, customisation requirements, supplier pricing, or market conditions.

Price changes will not affect orders that have already been confirmed and paid for. The price shown at checkout is final for that order.

If an obvious pricing error occurs, we reserve the right to cancel the order before dispatch and issue a full refund. You will be notified promptly and given the option to place a new order at the corrected price.


7. Right to Cancel (Non-Custom Products)

For non-custom products, you have the right to cancel your order within 14 days of delivery, without providing a reason, in accordance with UK consumer law.

Returned items must:

  • Be unused and undamaged

  • Be returned in original packaging

Return shipping costs are the responsibility of the customer unless the item is faulty or incorrect.

Refunds will be issued within 14 days of receiving the returned product or proof of return.


8. Custom & Personalised Products

Custom or personalised products are not eligible for cancellation or return, except where the item is faulty or incorrectly produced.

This exclusion is permitted under the UK Consumer Contracts Regulations.

Please review all custom selections carefully before placing your order.


9. Faulty or Incorrect Items

If your order arrives damaged, faulty, or incorrect, you must contact us within 7 days of delivery.

Please include:

  • Your order number

  • Clear photos showing the issue

We will assess the issue and offer a repair, replacement, or refund where appropriate.


10. Delivery

Delivery times are estimates unless stated otherwise. We are not responsible for delays caused by third-party couriers.

Risk of loss or damage passes to you once the product has been delivered to the provided address.

If delivery becomes impossible, we will contact you to arrange a suitable solution or refund.


11. Warranty & Use

Products must be used as intended and in line with any provided instructions.

Warranty does not apply if:

  • The product has been misused or poorly handled

  • Modifications or repairs were carried out by unauthorised parties

Your statutory rights remain unaffected.


12. Intellectual Property & Customer-Provided Content

If you submit designs, text, images, or other materials for custom products, you confirm that:

  • You have the legal right to use and provide this content

  • The content does not infringe third-party intellectual property rights

You agree to indemnify Velora Custom against any claims arising from misuse of submitted materials. We reserve the right to refuse orders where infringement is suspected.


13. Complaints

Complaints should be submitted within 7 days of discovering an issue.

We aim to respond within 14 days. If additional time is required, we will inform you accordingly.

Submitting a complaint does not suspend any payment obligations unless agreed in writing.


14. Limitation of Liability

Nothing in these Terms limits liability where unlawful to do so, including liability for death or personal injury caused by negligence.

Subject to this, our liability is limited to the value of the product purchased.


15. Governing Law

These Terms & Conditions are governed by the laws of England and Wales, and the courts of England and Wales shall have exclusive jurisdiction.


16. Changes to These Terms

We may update these Terms & Conditions from time to time. Any changes will be posted on this page with an updated revision date.
